Most bids don't lose. They just go quiet.

You spend hours on a takeoff, send the number, and then nothing. You mean to follow up, but you're running crews, ordering material, and putting out fires. By the time you call, the job's already gone to someone who checked in.

20+
Bids a month going out from a typical shop, and nobody has time to track them all.
1 call
Is often the difference. GCs award to the sub who was easy to reach and stayed on their radar.
0 hrs
Of your week BidChaser needs. You BCC one address. That's the whole job.

How it works

Three steps. No software to learn.

1

BCC us on your bid

Send your bid to the GC like you always do and add your BidChaser address to BCC. We log the job, the GC, and the date.
2

We follow up as you

Short, friendly check-ins on day 3, 7, and 14, written in your voice: "Any update on the bid? Need anything from us?" They stop the moment the GC replies.
3

You only hear about what matters

We sort replies into won, lost, has questions, or not yet. You get a ping when a GC needs you, and a scorecard every Monday.

Simple pricing

One won job pays for years of BidChaser.

Questions subs ask

Will the GC know it's automated?

The emails come from you, are written like you'd write them, and are short. No fancy formatting, no marketing speak. You approve the wording before we start.

What if the GC replies?

Follow-ups for that bid stop immediately. If they have a question or want to talk, you get pinged right away with the details.

Do I need new software?

No. You keep using your email. All you do is BCC one address on bids.

Can I stop follow-ups on a bid?

Yes. Reply "stop" to any alert, or tell us, and that bid goes quiet. GCs can opt out too.

What trades is this for?

Electrical, HVAC, and plumbing subs to start. If you bid to GCs by email, it'll work for you.

Who's behind this?

Jesse Byrd, who also runs Maverick Takeoff Solutions and has spent years around sub bids and estimating.
