Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you (the subcontractor business signing up, "you") and BidChaser, Powered by Maverick, operated by Maverick Takeoff Solutions [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], [POSTAL MAILING ADDRESS: PLACEHOLDER, REQUIRED BEFORE LAUNCH] ("BidChaser," "we"). By using BidChaser you agree to them.

1. The service

BidChaser tracks bids you BCC to your intake address or that we find in your connected Sent folder, sends short follow-up emails on your behalf on about days 3, 7, and 14, sorts replies, alerts you when a human is needed, and sends a weekly scorecard. We don't guarantee any particular reply rate or that you'll win work.

2. You are the sender

Follow-ups are sent from your email account, in your name, using the wording you approve. You authorize us to send them for you.
You'll only enroll bids you actually sent to people you have a business relationship with. No cold lists, no purchased lists, no unrelated marketing.
You're responsible for following email laws that apply to you, including CAN-SPAM (and CASL for Canadian recipients). We include your mailing address and a "reply stop" opt-out in every follow-up, and we honor opt-outs automatically. You'll keep your mailing address up to date and won't tell us to contact anyone who opted out.
You'll comply with Google's and Microsoft's terms for your account. If either provider suspends or limits your account, we can't control that.

3. Your account and mailbox connection

Keep your dashboard link and credentials private. You can pause all follow-ups, stop any single bid, or disconnect your mailbox at any time. We use mailbox access only as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Pilot and pricing

Pilot participants use BidChaser free for [PILOT LENGTH, e.g. 60 days] in exchange for feedback. After that, the price is $149 per month per company, billed monthly in advance through [Stripe], unless you cancel. You can cancel anytime; you keep access through the end of the paid period, and we don't give refunds for partial months. We'll give you at least 30 days' notice before any price change.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use BidChaser to send spam, harass anyone, impersonate someone else, send unlawful content, or try to get around our sending limits or security. We may suspend accounts that put our sending reputation or other customers at risk.

6. Your data

You own your bid data. You give us permission to process it only to provide and improve the service. We can use de-identified, aggregated statistics (for example, average reply rates) that don't identify you or your GCs.

7. AI and automated sorting

Reply sorting is automated and can be wrong. Check alerts and your dashboard, and don't rely on BidChaser as your only record of awards, deadlines, or contract terms. We never answer GC questions or agree to anything for you.

8. Disclaimers and limits

The service is provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or $100 during a free pilot). We aren't liable for lost profits, lost bids, or indirect damages.

9. Ending the agreement

Either of us can end this agreement anytime. When it ends, follow-ups stop, mailbox tokens are deleted, and your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. General
